1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded electronically between LADYVELORA LTD (“Seller”) and the person placing an order through Velorawork.com (“Buyer”). The Buyer confirms that the name, telephone number, email, billing address and delivery address supplied with the order are correct.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement concerns the sale, delivery, payment conditions, withdrawal rights and the parties’ rights and obligations for the multifunction laptop/workstation bag ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller’s website.

3. Product Information

The products offered are standard stock items and may be available in burgundy, black or leopard designs. The principal features, sale price, promotional terms, stock status and delivery information are shown on the product page and at checkout when the order is placed.

4. Price, Tax and Payment

Prices and applicable taxes are shown on the storefront and at checkout for the Buyer’s selected market. Payment may be made using the card and Shopify Payments methods available at checkout. The Seller may use third-party payment infrastructure to process payments securely.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Available destinations, carriers, charges and estimated delivery times are shown for the Buyer’s address at checkout. Public holidays, campaign periods, force majeure and carrier delays may affect these estimates.

The shipping charge may be covered by the Seller or Buyer according to the terms displayed at checkout. The Buyer is responsible for delays, additional charges or failed delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect address information.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may exercise the statutory right of withdrawal available for their destination within the applicable period after delivery. Notice must be sent in writing to Ladyvelora@ladyvelora.com.

In addition to statutory rights, the Seller offers a 30-day VeloraWork easy-return assurance for eligible items. Orders with removable charms remain eligible when all charm accessories are returned and the item meets the return conditions.

An item returned under the right of withdrawal must be unused, undamaged and suitable for resale, with its original packaging and labels preserved where reasonably possible. A return may be rejected, or a deduction may be made, where the item shows use, customer-caused damage or loss of resale value, subject to mandatory law.

7. Return Shipping and Refunds

For eligible returns under statutory rights or the VeloraWork 30-day assurance, the Seller covers return shipping when the designated partner carrier or return method is used. Additional costs caused by using another carrier without prior agreement may be the Buyer’s responsibility, subject to mandatory law.

After the returned item reaches the Seller and is inspected, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method within the applicable legal period. The Seller is not responsible for additional processing time required by banks or payment providers.

8. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives with transit damage, a manufacturing defect, missing parts or differs from the order, the Buyer should contact the Seller as soon as reasonably possible. Depending on the circumstances, the Buyer may request an exchange or refund. The Seller may assess the request using product photographs, carrier records and product inspection.

9. Buyer’s Obligations

The Buyer is responsible for accurate order, delivery and billing information, checking the parcel on delivery and, where possible, asking the carrier to record visible parcel damage. Damage caused by use contrary to instructions, impact, water, excessive load or other customer-caused deformation may fall outside the return or exchange terms.

10. Seller’s Obligations

The Seller must supply the ordered product in accordance with its stated characteristics, dispatch it within a reasonable time, assess applications concerning the Buyer’s legal rights and provide the necessary information during return and exchange processes.

11. Force Majeure

Natural disaster, war, strike, epidemic, technical failure, supply or carrier disruption, official decisions and similar circumstances outside the parties’ control constitute force majeure. Obligations may be suspended to the extent affected by such circumstances.

12. Dispute Resolution

The Buyer may apply to the competent consumer or dispute-resolution authority available under applicable law. The parties agree first to seek a good-faith resolution through direct communication.

13. Effective Date

By completing the order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and accepted this Distance Sales Agreement and the pre-contract information electronically. The agreement takes effect when the Seller confirms the order.
